My wonderful time! Spending my last night during visiting Angkor Wat and found that it is really useful for the money we have paid. The hotel location is perfect and just 10mn walk to old market where we enjoyed our shopping and night life. I and my wife woke up early in the morning and enjoy the sunshine from our balcony which is amazing, every thing was green and fresh. Breakfast was great and staffs spoke English influently and always ready to help. I would recomend this resort to every one i know.

Great atmosphere resort. Thank Sonalong staffs for your good service provided during our holiday trip to Angkor Wat. We are a couple from France, we didn't expected such kind of wonderful service during staying at Sonalong. All staffs were ready to meet our needs and pay attention to all our request. I feel like staying in our relation house, quiet, peaceful, safe, good breakfast, good food, good tour arrangement (tuk tuk) and great relaxing atmosphere at the central garden pool. I definitely recommend to all my friends when I get back to my home land. Don't worry about any thing, just book it.

Mind-blowing service! Super kind and jaw-droppingly polite staff made our stay incredible! The pool was nice and the breakfast, oh my, so good! The room was big, with a terrace, AC. Perfect for a chill time after exploring amazing sights. The hotel is a peaceful oasis, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Spacious rooms with balconies offer a chilling air. The restaurant serves top-quality food, although a bit pricey. You can order from an extensive breakfast menu. The location is convenient, just a short walk or tuktuk ride away from the night market. The green garden adds to the ambiance, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel!

Paradise in Siem Reap. Just book one night to stay at this beautiful resort but decide to extend 2 more nights. Great place to relax after our busy Angkor Wat tour, great pool, great services. I feel very safe and peaceful to stay in this tropical garden resort. Recommend to every body who are looking for the best accommodation in Siem Reap. Don't think a lot, just book it. I am sure you will get a great stay.

Whenever Ineeded something or any requirement action was taken immediately by the staff
The internet was very poor. during two days I tried to enter to my email but without any successThe staff informed me that the internet is very old. Some other thing is that there is no phone in the room and if you need a bell boy or a wake-up call you have to go personally to the reception !!!

Very responsive, helpful and friendly staff.
Furniture, lighting, towels etc. in rooms seems to be a bit basic compared to the image that Sonalong tries to convey and the price they charge.

The rooms were spacious and the pool was nice to have on hot days. the location was also great, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. the nightly Christmas festivities were a fun touch.
The staff was unorganized and unresponsive. Our requests were frequently forgotten or ignored.

Personal attention from both the manager and staff, the garden and the refreshing salt water swimming pool. The one hour 'foot massage' at $7 by the pool was enjoyable and excellent value.
The room could be better equipped - e.g. a 'phone, TV, hairdryer and hot water in the wash basin.
